Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Vantra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before they are dispatched by our supplier. To request a cancellation, email shopvantra@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
• Photographic evidence of the issue is provided via email to shopvantra@gmail.com
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are issued after the supplier confirms the issue. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 45 business days of your confirmed dispatch date, contact us at shopvantra@gmail.com and we will investigate with the supplier. If the order is confirmed lost, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once used: earbuds, posture correctors, wrist supports, and massage guns.
