All products listed on Vantra are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours and specifications may vary slightly from what is displayed.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is processed automatically through our supplier.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from international warehouses. Estimated delivery time to South Africa is 12–30 business days depending on the product and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely through PayFast. We accept credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan, and Zapper. Vantra does not store any payment information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on shopvantra.com including logos, product descriptions, and images are the property of Vantra. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vantra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
